Room was clean and comfy, had A/C, TV, USB plugs, and a desk. Daily fresh towels and sheets. Nice shower gel and lotion in the bathroom. Breakfast was great with many choices, and 24/7 coffee and tea. Cozy area and helpful staff. Super close to Empire State and Times Square. Fitness center available, felt safe around.

The location near the Empire State Building is great.
The check-in process took forever with only one clerk. The elevators are a nightmare, often taking over 15 minutes.
